✔ Qualified lecturers/assessors, or
✔ Experienced flooring installers with strong industry background who would like to train as a teacher/assessor

If you have the skills, expertise and enthusiasm to pass your knowledge on to apprentices, we would love to hear from you.

* Support apprentices in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to successfully complete their apprenticeship standard.
* Conduct progress reviews with employers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all documentation, tracking and evidence portfolios are completed to a high standard.
* Use the college’s virtual learning environment to support independent learning.
* Promote high expectations, positive behaviour and a safe learning environment for all apprentices.
* Contribute to curriculum development to ensure our programmes reflect current industry practice and employer needs.

* A desire to pass your skills on to the next generation
* A willingness to complete teacher training and assessor qualifications
OR

✔ Qualified teaching/assessing professionals

You will ideally have:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Textile/Resilient Flooring or equivalent industry experience

* Experience delivering or assessing flooring apprenticeships (desirable)

Across both routes, you will be someone who:
