What We’re Looking For: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development (essential). A solid understanding of the Teacher Standards and expectations. Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory-led curriculums. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Attention to detail in assessing, recording, and reporting progress. Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support other adults in the classroom.
