Based in modern offices in the vibrant city centre with excellent transport links, you will be part of an outgoing team supporting all property administration tasks, including:
1. Recording maintenance logs
2. Managing tenant phone calls and emails
3. Adhering to data protection, GDPR, and health and safety policies
4. Being the point of contact for building repair and maintenance works
5. Managing records and system databases
This role is ideal for someone interested in the property sector who wants to work for a reputable and established practice. The ideal candidate will have property experience or at least 1 year of administrative experience. You should be organized, confident on the phone, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
