Motorcycle Sales Executive
We are seeking a passionate and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a well-established and reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and enthusiastic about all things motorcycles. A full motorcycle licence is essential for this position, as is a confident and consultative approach to customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide first-class service both in person and over the phone.
* Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers on suitable motorcycles, finance, and insurance options.
* Arrange and accompany customer test rides, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
* Maintain accurate customer records, contact history, and sales administration.
* Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
* Negotiate and close sales professionally, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
