About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities. You will help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive both academically and emotionally.

* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in school or care settings)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Flexibility to work across different age groups (primary or secondary)
