Your new schoolHays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in Central Worcester. They are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to join their supply pool. Whether you are seeking flexible day-to-day work or longer-term placements, I can offer a range of opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 at this school.
Your new roleAs a Hays Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups
* Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and routines
* Maintain positive behaviour and create a supportive learning atmosphere
* Follow school policies and ensure safeguarding is upheld at all times
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
What you'll need to succeedYou should be:
* Eager to make a positive impact
* Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
* Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation
* Recent teaching experience within the last five years
* Hold a QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification
