An early stage VC-backed start up are looking to hire their first sales person to come in a drive new business.
They're in the HealthTech sector adding serious value to a important part of the health industry - so it's a sell that adds value through a mission.
You'll report into the founder, working strategically together to build a structured approached into consistently winning new accounts.
You first six months will be heavily focused on GTM, and likely to be scrappy.
Cold calls, cold outreach on socials, email campaigns, building relationships.
Month six onwards will transition you into a full cycle account executive to own the negotiations, product demo's and contract signing.
This won't be for you if you want to manage accounts rather than close new business.
This also won't be for you if you're not comfortable with the full sales cycle (outreach right through to closed won)
It definitely won't be for you if you haven't got that hunger to turn up everyday and push consistent through rejection.
