We’re looking for a caring and motivated Support Worker to provide person-centred care and companionship to an individual living independently in Norwich. This vibrant person enjoys staying active — whether that’s swimming, trampolining, or heading out on shopping trips. Local knowledge, a good sense of direction and a full UK driving licence are essential to help them stay connected to their community.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enriching someone’s life through fun, meaningful activities and a supportive, empathetic approach. Prior experience supporting individuals with similar needs is required.

What will your shift involve?
In this role, you will provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring the individual receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote social interaction and well-being. You will also support household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
