About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with exceptional customer service skills who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The Resource Nurse will be moved on a regular basis to work where needed across Holston Medical Group locations, performing tasks such as taking vitals, collecting data, using the EMR, preparing patients for examination, maintaining supplies, sterilizing equipment, picking up vaccines and medications, obtaining prior authorizations, performing customer service checks, updating the task list, changing the sharps container, and other duties as needed.
Incentives and Mobility
* Eligible for an additional $2.50 per hour incentive for working in multiple locations on a regular basis/day‑to‑day.
* Eligible for mileage reimbursement using the HMG mileage chart and policy.
