ENational Account Manager - Amazon & Pure Players

We are so excited to be partnering with our client, who are one of the most innovative global beauty players in the world. This company has a portfolio of iconic beauty brands which are sold in more than 150 countries. An exceptional eNational Account Manager opportunity has arisen on Amazon to join a hugely talented team.

The eNational Account Manager will be responsible for Amazon the P&L & budgets, executing the marketing calendar and ensuring that all activity is on brand and delivers the best commercial performance for the overall business.

You will also be responsible to accelerate the growth of new and existing ecommerce Pure Players, building a more diversified ecommerce portfolio.

The role will work across the business to execute the plans, ensure there is alignment across channels and that all the operation needs of marketplaces is delivered.


Responsibilities

* Manage financial & stock forecasts, optimise the P&L through close management of costs and deliver optimised marketing plans for the channel to drive customer acquisition & retention
* Identify the data ecosystem and requirements to allow analysis of cross-channel movement of customers, measurement within Amazon channel and to maximise profitability
* Specifically develop and drive the international trading calendar and ensure that site activity in the territories is activated and adapted appropriately for the market.
* Produce and evaluate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the commercial performance of the channel, to identify insights and trends and areas for optimisation.


Qualifications

* Experience in ecommerce with direct ownership of Pure Player / e‑retailer accounts.
* Proven experience leading Amazon JBPs, managing AVS relationships and strategic commercial planning.
* Strong ecommerce P&L ownership with forecasting and budget management capability.
* Commercially astute with strong numeracy and margin‑management skills.
* Can do attitude and positive, growth mindset
* A desire to always exceed customer expectations and create best-in-class experiences
