We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to help ignite our next stage of growth.
Salary: £30k – £35k, dependent on qualifications and experience. Equity potential.
Core Hours: 40hrs/week. Days and hours by agreement. Potential to start on a part‑time basis.
Location / Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working – 2–3 days a week in London office (Clerkenwell)

Responsibilities
* Help refine and improve operational processes, supporting customer engagement/delivery and product development
* Problem‑solve platform issues such as customer complaints and payment issues
* Build and enhance HR, office, and meeting processes
* Coordinate delivery for key existing and new projects (e.g., working with high‑street banks and grant awards)
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Flexible, self‑starter, able to make autonomous decisions proactively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs
* 4+ years of hands‑on operations experience, ideally in a start‑up or small business setting, or a demonstration of transferable skills into this area
* Process and analytical skills with a strong action/execution bias, comfortable working with data
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, ability to prioritise effectively and a can‑do attitude
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, consistent with strong follow‑through
* Curious, always looking for ways to improve systems and processes
* Team player who enjoys working collaboratively but also comfortable owning tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* A relevant degree in operations or a related field
* Technologically adept (ability to problem‑solve, analyse)
* Experience in process improvement or operations optimisation
* Prior experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
