The role
We have an exciting opportunity for Tenant Liaison Advisor to join our Planned Works team for a 12- months Secondment/Fixed Term Contract.
As a Tenant Liaison Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with our customers to assist the onsite delivery of emh homes Kitchen and Bathroom Planned Works Programme. You will act as a liaison between our customers, contractors, and emh colleagues, answering any questions and addressing any concerns that the customer may have.
The ideal candidate
You will be customer-focused, a good communicator, and have excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with customers and contractors, ensuring their engagement and create a positive relationship that minimises operational issues and complaints. You will have experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, also experience of producing quality compliance and statistical information.
As a Tenant Liaison Advisor, you will regularly be traveling to sites across the East Midlands, and will need to regularly attend our head office, so the ability to travel is essential. Emh encourages endeavours to offer opportunities to work flexibly and from home, where the business need allows.
