Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities:
* Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers. This includes the production of minutes and action points.
* All company secretarial work (including services to clients) and other duties including FCA/PRA filings.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and monitor adherence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
* Experience with company secretarial procedures and statutory requirements, including filings, amendments to articles of association, share reorganisations, and share transfers.
* Extensive minute-taking experience and ability to produce minutes in complex environments.
* Experience in reviewing contracts.
