Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their highly skilled laboratory team.
The Role
As a Clinical Embryologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of starting or growing a family. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and ensuring the highest standards of laboratory practice and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine embryology procedures including oocyte retrievals, insemination, embryo culture, ICSI, embryo grading, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer preparationsMaintain meticulous records in compliance with HFEA guidelines and clinic protocolsCollaborate closely with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient careParticipate in quality management and laboratory improvement initiativesContribute to the clinic’s continued excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfactionRequirements:
Degree in Biological Sciences or related disciplineRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Scientist (Embryology) or working towards registrationPrevious experience in a busy clinical embryology settingFamiliarity with HFEA regulations and laboratory best practicesExcellent attention to detail and a compassionate, patient-centered approachWhat’s on Offer:
