Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Completions Assistant based in Southend-On-Sea. The role involves managing daily tasks related to conveyancing, such as preparing completion statements, managing post-completion formalities, submitting necessary documents to the Land Registry, handling client correspondence, and maintaining accurate filing systems. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures, liaise with clients and third parties, and support the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines efficiently.


Qualifications

* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and handling confidential information.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and third parties professionally.
* A strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulations is essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Experience with case management software is advantageous.
* Attention to detail for accuracy in legal documentation and compliance procedures.
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is essential.
