The successful Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple regions, and you will work closely with senior finance leaders and contribute to a wide range of activities, from payroll and reconciliations to credit control and reporting. What You'll Do Manage payroll across multiple entities and handle pension processing. Assist with month-end tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments. Maintain accounts receivable and payable ledgers, including invoice processing and payment runs. Handle credit control and debtor reconciliations. Maintain fixed asset records and manage expense reimbursements. Oversee company credit card transactions and VAT returns. Respond to customer queries and support annual audit processes. Provide general administrative support to the finance team. What you'll need to succeed! At least 2 years' experience in a similar finance role. Proficiency with accounting software and strong IT skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
