Rate: 15.00 p/hr ( 30,420 pa) + Overtime ( 22.50 p/hr) Location: St. Neots : Cambourne area (Own transport recommended) Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday Type: Full:Time, Permanent Overtime: Paid at x1.5 hourly rate (Mon:Fri and Sat AM)

Were partnering with an estbalished, respected engineering company in the Cambourne: St. Neots area to recruit a skilled Stainless Steel Finishing Operative : Metal Polisher to join their skilled team.
This is a hands:on role where your expertise will help deliver high:quality finishes for components used in premium processing machinery.
About the Role:
In this hands:on position, youll be working with stainless steel components used in high:end processing machinery. Your responsibilities will include polishing and fettling to achieve a range of finishes such as satin, mirror, shot blast, and Scotch:Brite. Work will primarily be based in the workshop, with occasional site visits.
What Youll Need:
Solid experience in metal polishing and fettling, particularly with stainless steel Knowledge of industrial finishing techniques and tools Comfortable working with large machinery and collaborating within a team Willingness to travel for occasional on:site work
Working Hours
Mon: 7:30am : 4:00pm Tue: 7:30am : 4:30pm Wed:Thu: 7:30am : 5:00pm Fri: 7:30am : 12:00pm (overtime available)
