EXECUTIVE CHEF DESIGN:LED LIFESTYLE LUXURY HOTEL CENTRAL LONDON
This is a senior leadership role within a bold, design:led luxury hotel in central London.
The hotel has a strong identity, creative energy and a lively social atmosphere. It attracts hotel guests, London locals and an international crowd, with food and drink playing a central role in the overall experience.
The culinary operation is broad and fast‑paced, with multiple outlets and a style that is quality‑driven, relaxed and full of personality. This is a hands‑on role for an Executive Chef who can lead from the front, shape the food culture and bring strong operational control.
THE ROLE
* Lead the full culinary operation across all outlets
* Set the tone for food, standards and kitchen culture
* Oversee service across restaurants, bars, events and in‑room dining
* Lead, develop and inspire large teams
* Build calm, organised and high‑performing kitchens
* Work closely with senior hotel leadership and front‑of‑house teams
THE BUSINESS SIDE
* Own food and labour costs across the operation
* Manage purchasing, suppliers and stock effectively
* Review performance and make smart commercial decisions
* Balance creativity with consistency and control
FOOD and IDENTITY
* Deliver food that fits a lifestyle:led luxury brand
* Lead menu development, seasonal changes and special events
* Focus on quality produce, strong technique and flavour
* Create food that feels current, relevant and commercially strong
About You
* Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef from a multi‑outlet luxury hotel
* Comfortable leading large teams in a busy environment
* Strong on people, culture and standards
* Commercially aware and operationally sharp
* Calm, hands‑on and respected by your team
* Passionate about food, hospitality and building great kitchen culture
PACKAGE
* Salary A GBP 90,000 : A GBP 95,000
