Join us on this mission as a Graduate Automation Engineer working in the Production Engineering department in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire.

This is an amazing opportunity where you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and sustaining automation within our production environment. The engineer will work with collaborative robots, vision systems, sensors and digital work instructions to enhance product quality and increase production capacity. As part of a small, specialist team, the position will deliver step-change improvements by transforming advanced technologies into robust, operator-friendly solutions. The role combines hands-on problem solving with structured implementation, ensuring all new systems are introduced safely, in compliance with aerospace and ER2014 standards, and supported with full documentation for long-term reliability and scalability.

Education & Qualifications

* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
