Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.
We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

Do you love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you naturally organised, friendly, and ready to jump in and help wherever needed? We’re on the lookout for a fantastic Facilities Administrator who thrives on being the go-to person for all things Facilities Management.
In this role, you’ll support our store environments and the wider facilities team, making sure our spaces are safe, secure, and working just as they should. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting others, and making a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing…
1. Facilities Helpdesk Support, act as the first point of contact for facilities management related queries. Managing helpdesk tickets with efficiency, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely resolution or escalation where needed.
2. Financial Administration, oversee departmental invoicing and purchase order processes, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with budgetary controls.
3. Store Manager Support Sessions, host daily morning drop-in sessions, offering a welcoming space for Store Managers to raise issues, ask questions, and receive updates.
4. Health & Safety Administration, provide essential administrative support to the Health & Safety agenda, including maintaining well-organised and accessible document libraries.
5. Risk & Security Co-ordination, support fire safety and broader business risk initiatives, while keeping keyholder records up to date and accurate.
6. Vendor Support, support with key suppliers, helping to monitor and maintain service level agreements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
7. Champion the Ann Summers’ brand values and contribute to a positive team culture.
You'll be great if you:
8. Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Are an excellent communicator with effective interpersonal abilities.
10. A proactive, can-do attitude and a helpful nature.
11. Comfortable working with systems, Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and managing documentation.
12. Experience in facilities, administration, or helpdesk support is a plus but not a requirement.
13. A genuine passion for the Ann Summers brand and its values.
