Were excitingly looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our new Wingers restaurant in Northwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious operator who thrives in a fast-paced QSR environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver results, and create great guest experiences. Immediate start available. The Role As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Your focus will include: Leading and developing your team Driving sales and controlling costs Delivering excellent guest service Managing rotas, labour, and productivity Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Coaching team members to grow performance Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.
