For the successful Electrical Supervisor our client is offering:
1. Competitive annual salary paying up to £39,000 - (£18.75 per hour) Depending on experience
2. Days based role 7:45am - 5pm with a 12:45pm finish on Fridays or 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Role - Electrical Supervisor:
12. Responsible for leading & motivating a team of Electrical Fitters
13. Allocating workload out to staff
14. Reporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basis
15. Carrying out meetings with the team on a daily basis
16. Liaising with other areas of the Business (IE Purchasing) ensuring sufficient materials are available for builds
17. Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
18. Ensuring test & inspection is completed/recorded
19. Continuous improvement
20. Mentoring staff
21. Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessary
22. Travelling to customers worldwide to oversee staff installing the companies products - Occasionally (Typically can be up to 2-3 times a year for around 2 weeks at a time)
23. Being hands on and involved in the building/installation of Projects
24. Using hand & power tools
What our client is looking for in a Electrical Supervisor:
25. Our client is looking for somebody who possesses Electrical experience in a Supervisory capacity
26. Our client is looking for candidates who are suitably qualified, Electrically
27. Able to demonstrate experience in a hands on Electrical based position
28. This role does involve being HANDS ON so you will be involved in the builds with the team
29. Strong communication skills
30. Able to lead & Motivate a team
31. Able to work away and oversee projects - ESSENTIAL
32. Full UK Licence - ESSENTIAL
