As we continue to grow and strengthen our customer relationships worldwide, we are looking for a proactive and engaging Customer Account & Marketing Associate to join our Business Development Team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will play a key role in nurturing new and recently established customer accounts, and thrives in both client-facing environments and creative marketing initiatives.

What you will be doing
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing prompt, professional communication
* Support business development by maintaining CRM records, scheduling meetings, and researching prospects
* Build strong relationships with customers through email, phone, online platforms, and in-person events
* Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, engaging proposals and marketing materials
* Prepare branded content including presentations, brochures, case studies, and web content
* Coordinate company participation at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events—representing Insensys as needed
* Conduct basic market research on trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
* Support a positive onboarding experience for new customers and help improve internal processes
What you will bring
* Experience in customer account management and/or marketing coordination
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with commercial awareness
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
* Professional, approachable, and confident in customer-facing situations
* Educated to degree level in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
