Harlow Council is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager / Estates Surveyor to lead on the delivery of estate and property management services across its extensive and diverse non-housing land and property portfolio. This is a high-profile role that will support the town's regeneration, maximise income, and ensure effective estate management across a wide range of investment, community and operational assets.
You will lead the Commercial Property Management Team and act as the Council's principal representative in all landlord and landowner matters.
