Offer description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that all customer orders are packed accurately, processed efficiently, and dispatched on time. You will also assist with inventory management, stock organisation, and general operational tasks to keep the fulfillment area running smoothly.

Competitive pay rate:

£13.10 an hour

This is a part-time role of

around 12 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Check products for quality and condition before packing
Ensure packaging meets company standards and protects items during shipping
Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing stock deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Operate basic computer systems to update order statuses and process shipments
Support returns and exchanges process when required
Assist with other operational tasks as needed

Requirements
Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy (familiarity with order processing systems is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift and move boxes
A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability when managing tasks.
