Your Role in the Mission As part of Global Client Services, you contribute to One Global Team—empowered to act, collaborate, and deliver results for our customers and their patients. The Project Manager III independently leads a portfolio of moderate to complex client projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery from study setup through completion. The role combines strong project management, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Independently manage multiple medium to complex client projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk Lead all technical and service aspects of studies, applying creative problem-solving and process improvements Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear, continuous communication and high-quality deliverables Collaborate cross-functionally (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance) to drive successful outcomes Own study design, execution, financial forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting Represent the business in client meetings, audits, and kick-off sessions Ensure compliance with GxP and quality management systems Support business process improvements and mentor junior team members as needed Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4–5 years of project management or client-facing experience (pharma experience preferred, not required) 3 years of experience acceptable with an advanced degree We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
