About the Role Our client a well-established private nursery group operating across four thriving London settings is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Manager to lead and elevate their Early Years provision.

Who Were Looking For Were seeking a proven early years leader with:
At least 4 years experience in a multi-site management role
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum); EYPS or Early Years Degree preferred
Deep knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and early childhood best practice
Strong commercial awareness and financial oversight experience
A strategic mindset combined with people-first leadership
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor nursery managers and support senior team development
Drive strategic improvement plans and innovation across settings
Ensure compliance with all Ofsted and safeguarding standards
Monitor setting performance through data analysis and regular site visits
Oversee staffing, occupancy, and financial operations
Promote the nurseries as centres of excellence within the community
