We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties Provide reception cover and act as the first point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, and callers, ensuring a friendly, calm, and professional welcome. Control and monitor the safe movement of people entering and exiting the building. Build positive relationships with families and visitors, supporting a pleasant and meaningful visiting experience. Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, responding to enquiriesincluding potential customer enquiries Liaise with all areas of the Trust, including housing, maintenance, accounts, IT and Head Office, ensuring smooth workflow. Produce and send letters, emails, notices, posters, and other correspondence in various formats as required. Prepare, check, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily. Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and senior management team, including supporting audits, projects and compliance activities. This is a part-time position working Sunday 10am - 4.30pm, Monday 9am - 5pm & Tuesday 9am - 5pm - totalling 21 hours per week. An immediate start is required and will run til the end of January.
