Central Employment is working with a leading and prominent services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
As the digital marketing campaigns lead, you'll be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics, helping make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, ensuring timely execution, effective budgeting, and alignment with membership growth plans.
* Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search and display advertising.
* Use Google Tag Manager to set up and manage triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Set up and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and data-driven.
* Drive and measure email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Develop targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Manage paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, optimizing content, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Test and optimize marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition, utilizing marketing automations.
* Support the continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven experience planning and executing high-impact, B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
* Proficiency in GA4 with the ability to make data-led decisions.
* Experience managing paid LinkedIn campaigns, especially lead generation and building audience lists (matched audiences).
* Ability to manage internal relationships across various levels of experience and seniority.
* In-depth knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
