We are currently seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about cleanliness and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across multiple sites, ensuring that all areas are presented to the highest standards.
Due to the nature of the role flexibility is key. The hours will be varied/ split throughout the day/ week.
The individual will help to cover sites throughout South Wales and the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning duties across various sites including offices, communal spaces, and washrooms.
* Operate cleaning machines, including floor scrubbers and vacuums, to carry out tasks effectively (machine experience is advantageous).
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, maintaining safety and hygiene protocols.
* Drive a company vehicle to travel between assigned locations.
* Report any maintenance issues or supplies that need replenishing.
* Maintain a positive and professional appearance when representing the company at client sites.
Key Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
* Experience with cleaning machines is advantageous.
* Full, valid UK driving license is required.
* DBS check required for this role.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Hours of work are a minimum of 30 per week.
