Pay rate starts at: £12.77 ph + Enhancements. You will be required to have a Manual UK Driving Licence for min of 1 year and be over 21 yrs old in order to drive the company vehicles. Shifts are: 8am – 20:30 on a rota from Monday to Sunday.

About the role
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our residential service is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing activities.
Typical activities include:

* Volunteering at local community farm

* Days out (e.g., Cotswold Wildlife Park, beach)

Responsibilities
Support workers should have the right experience and values. This service requires a full UK driving licence, resilience, flexibility and a composed approach. Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is preferred, as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
Qualifications and requirements
* Full UK driving licence (required to drive company vehicles); experience with driving roles preferred
* Resilient, flexible and composed in approach
* Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma
* Willingness to work shifts on a rota basis (including evenings and weekends)
