Lead the transformation of payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system enhancements.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and industry standards.Analyse current payroll workflows and recommend process improvements.Provide training and support to team members on updated payroll systems.Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries effectively.Generate accurate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor the performance of payroll systems and troubleshoot issues promptly.The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Transformation professional should have:
Strong expertise in payroll systems and process improvement.A background in accounting and finance, ideally within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.Proficiency in analysing and interpreting payroll data.An ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.What's on Offer
