IKEA Gateshead are looking to welcome a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to join their nightshift team. WHAT WE OFFER
* The Start Date of employment will be discussed during interview.
* Starting salary of £31,000 per annum based on competence and experience.
* 39 Hours working 5 days per week available 21:00pm - 10:00am including two alternate weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Experience of leadership in a busy warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload is preferred.
* Results‑driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
* Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co‑workers and customers.
* Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem‑solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness.
* Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well‑being.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
* Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
