Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing provider in the Wokingham area. This is a permanent role offering long-term stability, a competitive salary, and a fully stocked van with fuel provided.
Role Overview:
You will be carrying out electrical repairs, testing, and maintenance across occupied social housing properties. The ideal candidate will be confident with day-to-day electrical work, testing and inspection, and delivering a high standard of service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties
2. Testing, inspection and certification
3. Fault-finding and diagnostics
4. Ensuring all work is carried out to current regulations
5. Providing excellent customer service to residents
Requirements:
6. Qualified Electrician (18th Edition Level 3)
7. 2391 or equivalent testing qualification preferred
8. Experience within social housing desirable
9. Full UK driving licence
