Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for a Meet & Greet Customer Service Operative to join our team.
A Meet and Greet Customer Service Operative in the security sector typically involves providing a warm, welcoming, and professional first point of contact for visitors or customers while ensuring security protocols are followed.
Where: Morrisons store at Fort William, PH33 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start.
Hours: On average 54 hours per week. Monday to Saturday 11:00am - 22:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 20:00pm. 5 days out of 7.
Salary: £14.00 per hour + Company perks & Pension

Key Responsibilities
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:
* Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor as they arrive.
* Create a welcoming environment and ensure customers feel valued.
* Address and answer initial inquiries, offering basic information about services, products, or event details.
* Direct customers to appropriate departments, resources, or staff as needed.
* Handle concerns or complaints courteously, providing solutions or escalating to the manager if necessary.
* Work closely with other departments to streamline customer flow and ensure service consistency.
* Notify relevant departments when customers are ready to be attended to, enhancing communication and service efficiency.
* Work closely with the on-site security team to ensure that both customer service and security goals are achieved.
* Assist in emergency procedures, such as evacuations, if necessary.
About You
* We’re interested in hard working people, who can work flexibly as part of a team to deliver great customer service every time.
* Although retail experience is desirable, it’s not essential as we’ll make sure you know everything you need to do a great job.

* Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role.
* Customer service experience a plus.
* An understanding of our product(s) and the product(s) of our main competitors.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
