The Ultherapy Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and daily operations of the Ultherapy brand. This role encompasses full accountabilities for all projects associated with Ultherapy. By executing a clear and actionable marketing plan, the Brand Manager drives continued growth in consumer awareness of the Ultherapy brand. In close collaboration with the Medical and Customer Services teams, they ensure seamless delivery of technical support and service excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES (include but not limited to)
* Timely implementation of brand plans with analytics in place to measure success.
* Regular review and updates of plans based on internal and external insights.
* Alignment with Medical and Sales plans, supported by monthly course correction meetings
* Reach and Impressions: Total audience exposed to the campaign across channels.
* Brand Consideration & Awareness Lift: Measured via brand health trackers or post-campaign surveys
* Engagement Metrics for digital activity and campaigns
* Lead Generation Volume & Quality: Number of qualified leads generated through B2B and B2C channels.
* Spend vs. Plan: Monitoring actual spend against forecasted budget.
* Cost per Initiative: Evaluating the return of investment of each promotional activity
* Brand-Specific return of investment: Measuring uplift in awareness or sales uplift in transducers and system sales.
* Engage and contribute to all internal team meetings
* Brand lead for internal company meetings, communications and product updates
* Works collaboratively with Ultherapy Commercial Manager to drive transducer utilisation and system sales
* Proactively seeks out opportunities to interact with colleagues and key stakeholders to raise brand profile and awareness
* Develops external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key centres to gain insight to maximise marketing and sales opportunities.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
* Build and maintain a network of external customers and market influencers to inform brand campaigns and support effective implementation of the marketing plan.
* Close cross-functional working & collaboration with Sales, Medical Education, Digital and Medical Team
* Maintain working relationship with Regional and Global Marketing colleagues.
* Strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
* Ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical/medical device and/or consumer marketing environment
* Marketing qualification – CIM or equivalent (preferred)
* Digital expertise – experience in planning and managing digital channels.
* Ability to apply understanding of the Aesthetic industry and adapt to the changing customer needs.
* Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
* Good level of financial acumen
* Digital literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/customer relationship management systems.
* Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented
* Clear understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry
