We are seeking skilled and reliable Working Supervisors to join our construction team at Hinkley Point C.

Contract : Permanent, Shift Pattern, Full time
05 per hour based on experience (Overtime paid at £40.10 per hour)
19% shift uplift, earning up to £401 per day
Bonus: Up to 10% of total earnings after the qualifying period
As a Working Supervisor, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team in Somerset. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on construction sites and a strong ability to lead a team while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project plans and timelines.
To gain skills and knowledge and to achieve the standards of competency required on the HPC project regarding Safety, Health, and Environmental, Quality and Production issues.
To comply with all of KBJV policies including those for SHE and risk management.
To promote KBJV and NNB values in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected project in the industry.
