Human Factors Engineer Rail London / Hybrid £60,000 - £70,000 Benefits Were recruiting a talented Human Factors Engineer to join a leading engineering team delivering major rail signalling and ETCS projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping safe, user-centred system design within complex, high-profile programmes. The Role Youll define and deliver Human Factors Integration (HFI) strategies, working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure systems are safe, intuitive, and meet both user and industry requirements. Youll lead assessments, influence design decisions, and support the delivery of compliant, high-performing rail solutions.
