Locum Band 6 Biomedical Scientist
Location: Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Pontyclun, South Wales, CFXR

Pay Rates : £22 - £23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform Microtomy (target of approximately 30 blocks per hour).
2. Conduct Embedding and possibly Quality Control tasks.
3. Report directly to laboratory Team Leaders.
4. Work collaboratively within the Cellular Pathology team.
Working Hours:
5. Days: Monday to Friday
6. Shift Hours: 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with potential earlier starts for specific tasks).
7. Breaks: Includes a paid 30-minute break and an unpaid 1-hour lunch break.
Requirements:
8. HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist with relevant experience.
9. Proven expertise in histopathology techniques.
10. Ability to work efficiently in a busy laboratory environment.
