What you’ll be doing
Client Management
* Build and manage relationships with clients requiring service and parts personnel.
* Act as their main point of contact for workforce needs and booking requests.
* Coordinate contractor placements and ensure excellent service levels.
* Maintain proactive communication to anticipate demand and identify opportunities.
* Spot opportunities to place permanent candidates across existing clients.
Contractor Management
* Manage a network of contractors across multiple client assignments.
* Provide booking details, assignment information, and ongoing support.
* Check in regularly with contractors to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues.
* Be available for contact outside standard working hours when needed.
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
* Source, screen, and assess candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
* Build and maintain a strong network of qualified contractors.
* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
* Keep all candidate information updated within the CRM.
Booking & Scheduling
* Coordinate contractor schedules and bookings in line with client demand.
* Monitor availability and maximise contractor utilisation.
* Identify opportunities to increase deployment across existing bookings.
Administration & Compliance
* Manage timesheet submissions, approvals, and regular contractor check‑ins.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, rates, and contractor details.
* Support payroll through timely and accurate administration.
* Ensure all onboarding and compliance documentation is complete and up to date.
Commercial Performance
* Maximise gross profit (GP) through effective negotiation and workforce planning.
* Monitor the profitability of bookings and contractor utilisation.
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue through additional placements and account development.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or a customer‑focused role (service/parts/automotive desirable but not essential).
* Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload.
* A proactive approach, with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
