The SENCO Role * Coordinate and oversee all aspects of SEND provision * Manage EHCPs, learning support plans, and interventions * Support classroom teachers with training and differentiated strategies * Lead a team of dedicated teaching assistants * Liaise with families, educational psychologists, and other specialists The Ideal Candidate * Qualified teacher status and NASENCO (or working towards) * Experience working with students with a range of additional needs * Deep understanding of SEND legislation and safeguarding practices * Passion for inclusive education and raising outcomes for all learners
