Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and collaboration.
* Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
* Create and maintain clear classroom routines while implementing effective behavior management strategies.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure each student's needs are fully supported.
* Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for future success.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Experience in differentiated teaching methods to accommodate various learning abilities
* Passion for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student development
* Commitment to ongoing professional growth and contributing to the school community
