Job Brief : We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to nurture and engage with warm leads. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads by phone, email and LinkedIn, building rapport, and nurturing relationships to encourage prospects to become active sales leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to uncover customer needs and explain how Wysa can meet those needs by drawing on real world examples, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Qualify inbound marketing leads and facilitate hand-off to the regional sales representative Cultivate relationships, initiate communications, and drive opportunities forwards Revisit prior campaigns to reconnect and initiate new conversations Collaborate with senior team to identify growth opportunities Implement a consultative approach to understand client needs and align with Wysa’s solutions Demonstrating and explaining the Wysa products and benefits to buyers Contact warm leads through different channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to build rapport and establish trust Engage with leads to understand their needs, budget, priorities and authority to prioritise and track accordingly Utilize intent tools like 6sense to identify and prioritise outreach and engagement Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM system accordingly Setting up outbound call cadence and managing consistent flow of meetings to regional managers Develop effective strategies for identifying and targeting potential clients Gain a good understanding of Wysa’s technology and use cases Continuously evaluate and improve lead engagement strategies based on performance metrics Collaborate with the sales team to develop personalized strategies for lead engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to refine content marketing and sales materials Being accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead engagement and sales conversion Requirements and skills: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in a sales, account management or customer service role is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well organised, with a good eye for detail Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with leads Proactive with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience in lead generation or outbound sales is highly desirable Strong understanding of sales processes and how they are implemented You must have at least one year’s experience in telesales or telemarketing Package: This is a remote UK based role, flexitime Part time welcome, including some evenings if preferred (week days only) £23-£27k base salary, dependent on experience (pro rata) Generous commission / bonus in addition to basic salary 34 days holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays One team collaboration day in London each month, expenses paid Private healthcare with Bupa £50 contribution towards gym subscription You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer in a sales and marketing team.
