As our
Account Director – EMEA
, you will be the overall client lead for one of Aura's Key European accounts, championing best-in-class service delivery while driving strategic growth. You will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery across all our services, including e-halo, consulting, insights, and technology solutions.
You will own the
P&L for your account
, work closely with internal teams, and act as both a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients.
What You'll Deliver
* Deliver revenue and profit targets for assigned client.
* Build strong, strategic client relationships and drive service excellence.
* Provide insight on market trends and innovations to help clients stay ahead.
* Upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Ensure fair commercial practices and lead budget/forecast submissions.
* Represent Aura at industry events and lead client workshops.
* Champion continuous improvement within the Aura team.
* Lead by example, living Aura's values every day.
Your Experience
* Proven experience in
client services
(5+ years), ideally in retail or sustainability sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Degree-level education with
CRM
and
Microsoft 365
proficiency.
* Experience in the
packaging industry
or sustainability-focused roles preferred.
* A self-starter with a track record of delivering results in senior roles.
