HGV Class 1 Driver - Multiple roles available Contract: Permanent Overtime: Enhanced rate Location: Heathrow Area Salary: Depending on shift pattern and vehicle - Min £32,280.60 max £47,985.60 Shift: 4 on / 4 off, Mon-Fri, Days/Nights, Zero Hours - fully flexible to suit your needs What Goldstar can offer you: Guaranteed monthly salary Overtime availability - at Enhanced rates Full Uniform and PPE provided In House App for booking holiday and logging Overtime Driver CPC Training ADR training if required (GS training agreement) Newly passed Class 1, 2 and 3 scheme Fully flexible working hours Licence upgrade scheme Main duties/responsibilities Operating commercial vehicles Load and unload goods Manual work Making sure loads are safely secured Following traffic reports and adapting routes if necessary Carrying out basic routine maintenance Completing delivery paperwork, PDA, Walk around check or any other documentation Following compliance, tacho master and other regulations and laws that are applicable Technical Skills: A valid HGV license Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations Ability to operate HGVs safely and efficiently Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Familiarity with GPS systems and other tracking devices The successful candidate will: Be present with a Positive and Can-do attitude Be flexible and reliable Have great communication skills Be able to provide clean basic Criminal Record Check prior to start date (obtained within 26 weeks) Provide a full 5-year checkable history Hold a Clean Driving Licence Hold valid and up to date CPC
