What Youll Be Doing: Delivering outstanding nursing care that meets and exceeds professional and regulatory standards.
Taking the lead in the Home Managers absence, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Supervising, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
Supporting colleagues through mentorship and professional development.
Promoting a person-centred approach that values each residents individuality.
Maintaining vigilance in safeguarding, identifying and reporting any concerns appropriately.
Whats on Offer: Hourly rate up to £23.78 (equivalent to around £54,400 annually).

About You: A Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
Strong understanding of NMC standards and best practice guidelines.
Confident in mentoring and coaching others within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to identify safeguarding concerns and act responsibly.
