What You’ll Be Doing

* Oversee all property operations during the night shift.
* Greet guests warmly on arrival and say a fond farewell on departure. Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
* Lead shifts and support team members to ensure prompt, high-quality service.
* Support the Front Office Manager with daily front office operations and staff supervision.
* Engage guests in conversations about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.
* Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and availability.
* Foster teamwork by partnering with others to achieve shared goals.
* Process payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
* Train, coach, and manage the Front Office team to enhance engagement and growth.


What We’re Looking For

* Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
* Positive outlook and outgoing personality
* Pro-active and reliable
* Previous experience in working in a hotel reception environment.
* Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential. However, minimum one year working in a high contact customer service role is required.

This is a full time role (40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of night shifts Monday to Sunday and occasional bank holidays.
