About the Role:
We seek a driven Business Development Executive to drive sales of our Workday service offerings. You'll identify and qualify leads, build customer relationships, and close deals using your deep understanding of Workday and consultative selling skills.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in Workday HRIS.
* Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
* Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, and related modules.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build trust with clients.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
