We are pleased to be working with a Top 40 Chartered Accountancy who are currently looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage their internal payroll function across multiple sites. This is a permanent, full time role.
As Payroll Manager, you will work closely with HR & Finance teams and will report directly into the Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing a full end to end in-house payroll across all group offices
Oversee compliance with UK legislation
Manage year end processes (P60s, P11Ds, HMRC submissions)
Drive standardisation and efficient processes
Ensure internal controls, risk management, and preparation for internal & external auditsKey Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role - ideally processing internal payrolls in a stand alone capacity
Expert knowledge of UK payroll legislation
Experience of processing multi-sited or various group payrolls
Experience processing internal payroll within a Chartered Accountancy or Professional Services organisation
Proven track record in process improvement and efficiencyWhat's on Offer:
£60,000-£65,000 salary DOE
