At Bupa’s Cromwell Hospital, we’re looking for a dynamic Transformation Manager to lead strategic and business-critical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver projects that make a real difference to our patients and teams. How you’ll help us make health happen. Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects across Cromwell Hospital and London Division Specialist Diagnostic Centres. Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk frameworks to deliver measurable outcomes. Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service improvements. Manage project teams and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality delivery. Ensure robust governance, reporting, and compliance with Bupa’s methodologies and standards. Key Skills / Qualifications Certified Project/Change Manager (e.g., APMG, ISEB/BCS, IIBA – Practitioner level preferred). Proven experience delivering large-scale business and IT transformation projects. Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and other delivery methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving change.
